Animated Coders (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an independent software engineering agency providing custom application development, mobile engineering, and on-premise workforce software solutions. We act as the Data Controller solely for personal information gathered through this marketing website (such as contact submissions, quote requests, and demo inquiries).

2. Information We Collect on This Website

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily submit when requesting a custom proposal, scheduling a live demo, or contacting our team. This includes your name, work email address, company name, phone number, and project details. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers, nor do we sell, rent, or monetize your contact information.

3. Data Retention & Inquiries

Lead inquiry data is securely retained for up to 24 months to maintain commercial communications, proposal records, and warranty support. You may request verification, correction, or permanent deletion of your inquiry records at any time by contacting our privacy desk at info@animatedcoders.com. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 calendar days.

4. Biometric Data & PRESENCE OS Architecture

Animated Coders develops and licenses PRESENCE OS as an on-premise enterprise platform. All biometric templates, facial vectors, fingerprint templates, attendance timestamps, and employee profile data reside entirely within your organization's own infrastructure, private local area network, and customer-managed PostgreSQL database.

Animated Coders does not host, transmit, access, or store biometric records or employee attendance logs in the cloud. The purchasing customer organization acts as the sole Data Controller for all employee biometric and workforce data and is responsible for obtaining necessary employee consents under applicable regional labor and privacy regulations. Periodic software license activation checks transmit solely cryptographic license keys, hardware seat counts, and platform version identifiers.
